Barbara West of WFTV in Orlando gave a tough interview to Biden yesterday. She brought up ACORN, Obama’s “spread the wealth” comment, and Biden’s promise that Obama would be challenged by a crisis that would be generated specifically to test Obama early in his Presidency. West even went so far as to quote Karl Marx, getting a “Are you kidding?” response from Biden.
In response, an interview with Biden’s wife was pulled and the Obama camp sent a letter stating, “This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election.” Guess they don’t like being asked the questions that many in the public are asking. Biden certainly did not seem to have clear answers, giving canned answers and attempting to shift the blame to the Bush administration.
My deepest respect to Barbara West and WFTV for asking some real questions to Biden instead of tossing up the feel good softball questions most stations seem to think need to be asked.

Please don’t tell me that you don’t think that interview wasn’t heavily slanted to the extreme right. The Karl Mix and Sweden questions were just rediculous and I think Biden handled himself well. Maybe this woman needs to be a reporter for the 700 club. Check out this reaction:
